6. Refund Request Process
If you have paid for any services directly to Best Europe Tour Companies and wish to request a refund:

11. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights regarding refunds and returns that cannot be limited by this policy.
For EU consumers, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive, subject to certain exceptions for digital content and services.
